Apple Pay and Passbook

I accidentally deleted my VIB Rouge card from passbook (where it has been for a few years). Now cant get it back :(. I dont want to open an app for my card, I want it I. Passbook!

The fact that the Sephora Canada stores do not accept Apple Pay - whole big fiasco behind this. Disappointing.
