So in love. Its such a dangerous app. Laying in bed drunk, scrolling the great rewards and mobile offers, writing reviews and purchasing endless amounts of products because IT LITERALLY COMES STRAIGHT TO YOUR DOOR! Reviews make shopping so much easier too. Ive become very involved with the online Sephora world. I love this app.

I love this app. I love the virtual makeup, I think its so fun especially for someone like me who doesnt have the first clue about makeup. Its super user friendly and easy to make purchases. Be warned having Sephora in your back pocket can be dangerous for the bank account. :)

Great app :) just placed my first order and it was great I just had to scan my card with my camera. Sweet

I love using this app to keep all my account information organized as well as keep track of any online orders and online receipts.

Some bad moments

I accidentally deleted my VIB Rouge card from passbook (where it has been for a few years). Now cant get it back :(. I dont want to open an app for my card, I want it I. Passbook! The fact that the Sephora Canada stores do not accept Apple Pay - whole big fiasco behind this. Disappointing.

Kept crashing and would not let me sign in. Indecipherable messages about "ATG ID." Useless.

I deleted my Sephora. Add out of walket and then when I went to the app there is absolutely no where to re add it! You would think it would appear where your barcode is but its not. I finally had to go to the mobile website and find it there. Please fix this issue so annoying!!!

Always an issue when trying to place an order with a payment. Every time theres an error message that pops up for some random reason. I always get charged and then the charges get reversed. Very inconvenient. Such a pain!! Get it together sephora.

ugly, do not get. i hATE IT LIKE OMG!! If you go to walmart you could get much better!! UGH THIS APP MAKES ME CRY LIKE I CANT EVEN !!

Seriously? Every time I log in, I put something into my cart and it logs me right back out. I have tried reopening the app and even re downloading the app. Nothing is working.
